Description: Comprised of extruded uprights and display modules designed to indicate the active carousel, shelf level, cell location and quantity to pick. Often one Light Tower is placed in between two carousels and is software driven. Provides a very good blend of increased accuracy and throughput with a limited  budget.

A frame of lights encompasing a horizontal carousel bin. Each shelf level has two cells (left and right) and a light on the light frame indicates the side and the shelf level for quick and accurate picking. Ideal for putting or consolidating carousel applications due to its simplicity and economy.

This patent pending technology provides dramatic increases in accuracy on horizontal carousel shelves with multiple cells. This system automatically pre-positions while the carousels are rotating to indicate the exact shelf level, cell, depth and quantity at the point of picking. This system is ideal for wide shelves (25” and larger) or shelves with multiple pick cells on each shelf.
