Remstar will be demonstrating equipment in booth #3119 at this year’s NADA Convention in Las Vegas, NV, February 3-6, 2007.
Remstar’s automated parts and tools storage and retrieval systems can save stores up to 85% of otherwise wasted floor space while also increasing counter personnel’s productivity and customer satisfaction. By replacing small parts and bulky bins with vertical carousels and Shuttle Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs) systems service parts departments can reduce or eliminate new construction costs.
These automated systems are fully integrated with a store’s existing ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds or UCS host software.
Integrated systems manage all storage space, picking and stocking activities automatically. With a push of a button or scan of a bar code, items are brought to a conveniently located pick window for fast and easy parts retrieval. The system also keeps counter personnel at the counter where they are needed instead of walking and searching for parts.
