Symptoms:
  1. Feeling exhausted and overwhelmed because orders placed hours before shipping time, don’t go out?

  • Use the right technology for the right SKU profile using cube, velocity and cost of material to determine the best strategy.
  • Analyze and slot inventory on a continual basis to keep the right SKU at the right inventory level and in the right picking technology.
