What Do Licensed Technicians Mean to You?

Training Class in sessionAll technicians who are licensed to work on Remstar equipment have been through rigorous training programs to achieve this status.  Remstar is the carousel industry leader, with well over 125,000 successful installations in North American and worldwide.  Remstar has achieved this position by creating quality products, applying them well and having the strongest and safest service capabilities nationally and globally.

In order to qualify for a Remstar certification course, each technician must submit an application and successfully pass a written test to be accepted.  If accepted, they attend a one week course for each of the products or technologies they wish to be licensed in.  During that week, held at our factory, they learn to properly and safely install Remstar equipment, apply the latest relevant safety standards, troubleshoot and perform general maintenance skills.  At the end of that week, they must pass a written test before receiving their certification license.

Every technician is required to re-certify annually to assure their skills and knowledge keeps pace with the latest technologies and procedures.  This re-certification and licensing process once again illustrates the Remstar commitment to providing the best service possible. 

Part of ensuring the quality of support you need is assuring that technicians have immediate access to both current information and spare parts.  Technicians need the support of both their dealership spare parts, technical help and Remstar support to assure quality and warranties. 

To assure the highest quality and standards to our customers, only annually licensed technicians currently working for Remstar or one of its dealer business partners have access to warranty parts and support. Insist on seeing your Remstar technicians annually certified license!
