Remstar combines its vertical carousel technology with a light detection system to provide monitored accessibility for specialty tools, consumable items and inventory.

The unit can hold up to 1,200 tools and items. Unlike standard drawer and shelf systems which typically go up to four feet in height, the Light Sentinel controlled access system can go up to 12 feet in height.

The unit’s small footprint makes it ideal to be located at point of use. This increases operator’s productivity and eliminates costly walk and search time. Likewise, the system requires no dedicated personnel, reducing traditional stockroom floor space and labor requirements.
